Use of Service

• You must be of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for MT5 credentials, broker permissions, and funding your accounts.
• You authorize the bot to execute trades based on your configuration; monitor your risk settings regularly.

Subscriptions & Billing

• A non-refundable $1.00 USD activation fee is charged when starting a free trial to verify your payment method and prevent abuse.
• The activation fee is a one-time charge and does not apply to plan renewals or upgrades.
• After the trial period ends, your selected plan renews at the listed price per billing cycle until cancelled.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may adjust pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or abuse of the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or violating broker terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform.

Disclaimers

• Trading involves risk; past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Signals and automated execution are provided “as is” without warranties of profitability.
• You are responsible for verifying channel quality, position sizing, and outcomes.

Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
• We are not liable for losses from market movements, third-party outages, or broker execution.

Termination

• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or security concerns.
