How easy is it to set up?
Setup is on the web and needs no coding. Sign in, start your plan's trial, and connect your Telegram account. Then connect MT5 with your numeric account number, your trading password and the exact server name. Add a signal channel, review your risk settings, and switch Auto-Trade on for that channel. The entire setup takes under 5 minutes.
What brokers are supported for MT5 integration?
Telegram AI Trader works with any MT5 broker worldwide. Popular choices include IC Markets, Pepperstone, FP Markets, OANDA, XM, and more. You connect your account on the web with your numeric MT5 account number (not an email or username), your trading password (not the investor password) and the exact server name.
Can I control the risk settings?
Yes, in Trading settings on the web. You set risk per trade, maximum exposure and a daily loss limit. Lot sizes round down to the lot step (0.01 on most symbols), never up. If the lot your risk allows is below the broker's minimum for the symbol, the trade is not opened. A signal without a stop-loss is never opened. Decimals can be typed with a comma or a dot. Accounts in another currency, such as EUR, are sized in that currency. For each channel you choose how its follow-up instructions apply: Channel exactly, Channel + my settings, or My settings only. Breakeven after TP1, a trailing stop, a split across several take-profits and partial closes posted by the channel are all supported.
Is the AI evaluation mandatory?
No, AI evaluation is optional. Starter copies signals without it. On Pro and Advanced you can switch it on per channel: five AI agents review each signal and return Execute, Reduce size or Reject. Below 50% confidence the signal is rejected, from 50% to 59% it trades at half size at most, and at 60% or more it can trade at full size. If the evaluation times out or fails, the signal is skipped and nothing is traded.
What assets can I trade?
You can trade any asset class available on your MT5 broker: Forex pairs, Gold/Silver, Stock Indices, Commodities, Cryptocurrencies, and more. Telegram AI Trader is not limited to one market, it works with all signal types.
What are the limits on each plan?
Starter: 3 channels, 20 trades a day, no AI evaluation, no channel backtests. Pro: 10 channels, 50 trades a day, 30 AI evaluations a day, 5 channel backtests a week. Advanced: 25 channels, 80 trades a day, 80 AI evaluations a day, 20 channel backtests a week. Pro and Advanced include priority support.
What happens to my data?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. Your MT5 and Telegram credentials are stored securely. You can ask support to close your account. Your channels, messages and backtests are archived, never sold.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Cancel any time from Plan & billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period; renewals are non-refundable.
